Wedding packages

Reservations ranging from $5,500 - $16,500

Effortlessly plan your dream wedding knowing that our team will take care of every venue detail and exceed your expectations of luxury service.

  • Exclusive use of the Westwood Building, our 17,000 square foot facility, and the estate: 10 beautiful acres with century oaks, maple and hickory trees overlooking the lake
  • Up to 14 hour rental from 9 AM to 11 PM (additional hours at beginning or end of rental time available as an optional add-on)
  • Access to round tables & chairs for seating up to 350 guests, along with vendor banquet tables, high cocktail tables, cake table & other featured furniture
  • Access to The Vowery, our conservatory-style indoor glass ceremony space with interior balcony overlook for up to 350 guests
  • Access to our outside ceremony space overlooking the lake for up to 350 guests
  • Access to our 2 full-service indoor/outdoor bars (packages & details chosen by you during the planning process)
  • Access to our elegant Reception Space with seating for up to 350 guests
  • Access to the Sunset Cocktail Courtyard area including outdoor bar and service, fireplace, lounge seating, lake view
  • Terrace Suite with private bathroom, kitchenette, vanities, seating area, and outdoor balcony 
  • Library Suite with dry bar, vanities, and lounge spaces
  • Full caterer’s kitchen with dedicated back of house: private vendor load-in, private vendor bathrooms, vendor green room and vendor parking
  • Set-up and disassembly of tables and chairs in a custom floor plan as designed in your venue planning meetings
  • All-day venue management, bar manager, bartenders, post-event tear-down/clean-up team

Corporate packages

Westwood Corporate Event Packages feature all the essentials for seamless hosting, in style. Whether you’re hosting a 500 guest gala, a 50 person VIP dinner, or any corporate or social event, host with Westwood and make it unforgettable.

  • Flexible rental time periods, from 2 to 14 hours
  • Access to round tables & chairs for seating up to 350 guests, along with vendor banquet tables, high cocktail tables, cake table & other featured furniture

Henry's package

starting at $250 / hour

Lounge and entertain in style with Henry’s at Westwood. This purpose-designed intimate hosting space features a full bar, pool table and lounge space, indoor cigar smoking lounge, and an outdoor patio with dining table and TV. Available as an addition to Westwood Wedding Reservations or perfect for corporate or social hosting.

  • Exclusive access to Henry’s at Westwood: our 2,500 square foot hosting facility complete with a bar, kitchen, lounge, and pool table, breezeway with furniture and TV, and cigar lounge
  • Full & half-bathrooms, plus separate changing & storage rooms
  • Custom beverage packages available, and back of house room to support food offerings with a Westwood catering partner
  • Full-day rental for weddings; flexible rental time for corporate/social events
