This unforgettable evening was created exclusively for our Booked Couples: a chance to gather, get inspired, meet the dream team, and experience the magic of Westwood in a whole new way.
Our evening captured by The Lang Co
The Sixpence (Westwood’s Sister Venue) transformed into an enchanting experience space, showcasing the potential of the venue through elegant vibes, dreamy lighting, and fabulous décor. Every detail was intentional, thanks to the artistry and planning of Foundations Wedding Planning & Design (Westwood’s exclusive in-house planner) who brought the full vision to life with timeless design touches and a modern twist.
Guests were invited to sip and stroll, enjoying signature cocktail tastings provided by Codigo, an opportunity to sample creative drink options while exploring our customizable bar packages. From spicy margaritas to floral-infused spritzers, the cocktails were as beautiful as they were delicious.
One of the most memorable aspects of the evening was the opportunity for couples to meet face-to-face with some of the most sought-after professionals in the industry. Our Preferred Vendors were on hand to answer questions, share ideas, and offer planning guidance in a relaxed, low-pressure setting.
Couples mingled with:
Ritz Charles, serving up gourmet bites and catering insights
Bellagio Florals, showcasing lush, romantic floral arrangements that stopped everyone in their tracks
Russell The Brand, dazzling with fun and vibrant balloon installations
Ace Party Rentals, offering linen and tableware samples that brought design dreams to life
K Renee Creative, whose custom signage added a personal and stylish touch to every corner
Not only was this an opportunity for our couples to get inspired, it was a chance to actually see, feel, and taste what their wedding day could look like.

What item from your Welcome Box did you love the most?
”My fiancé liked the chocolate the most. But I loved the fan! I think its so classy and can’t wait to add it to my details shot on my wedding day”
If you could sum up your night at the Mixer in a short testimonial, what would it be?
”A special night where my fiancé and I got to feel so surrounded by the Westwood team and got me so excited for the actual wedding day!”
Of course, no event is complete without music and a little glam.
The evening was elevated by the incredible DJ Lockstar, who kept the atmosphere upbeat with a perfect mix of music that had guests tapping their feet and imagining their first dance.
Meanwhile, the glam squad: The Glam Lab Indy for makeup and Alyssa Does Updos for hair, offered beauty consultations, tips, and inspiration. Brides-to-be had the chance to talk directly with the artists and explore options that made them feel confident and radiant.
Foundations Wedding Planning & Design held a mood board station, where couples had the opportunity to bring their wedding visions to life. Designed and led by the talented Foundations team, the station featured a curated collection of overall inspo images, color palettes, floral images, and linens that guests could mix and match to begin shaping their unique design story.

What moment during the event felt especially meaningful or memorable?
“One of the most meaningful and memorable moments during the event was watching the live painter create silhouettes of the guests and flipping through the mood board filled with magazine cutouts, it felt so creative and personal.” – Olivia
Thanks to the incredible talents of The Lang Co and 6th Day Films, the night was beautifully documented in both photo and video. Every laugh, toast, and joyful moment was captured, ensuring our couples can relive the magic long after the night ended.
