There is something special about summer evenings on our estate. Westwood’s Summer Party welcomed couples, vendors, and friends for a night filled with beautiful details, coastal bites, music, and endless inspiration. The property was intentionally designed to spark ideas and invite guests to imagine the possibilities of hosting at Westwood.

Guests arrived in style, serenaded by live harp from Jill Pitz. Fox and Adorn’s fabric signage perfectly introduced the party where guests could explore the full Westwood estate. In Henry’s cigar lounge, where Big Dog Cigar services guided attendees through a selection of cigar choices to enjoy alongside signature cocktails from the bar.

Foundations Wedding Planning & Design seamlessly coordinated the evening and showcased a curated tablescape design that incorporated floral arrangements by Westfield Flower Box and flatware by Violet Vintage Rentals. Guest enjoyed unforgettable coastal delights by Sweet & Savory Catering while touring the property inside and out, where beautiful umbrellas by Ace Party Rentals offered shade from the summer sun.

One of the evening’s highlights was our exclusive Booked Couples Tasting. Couples who have chosen Westwood for their wedding venue enjoyed a curated tasting experience led by our Lead Mixologist, Josh Brinson, who guided guests through a selection of handcrafted signature cocktails. Couples had the opportunity to explore flavor profiles, learn about Westwood’s custom bar offerings, and envision the plan for their wedding day bar. It was a fun and personalized touch that allowed couples to sample what’s possible while raising a glass to this exciting season of wedding planning.

Lily Ever After brought beautiful faux florals that added color throughout the event and allowed us to showcase Westwood’s outdoor ceremony space. The Door Designs showcased a beautiful seating chart that encompassed the days Sophisticated Prep design inspiration.

Westwood Summer Party was filled with interactive experiences, from custom keepsakes at Small Batch No. 3’s charm bar to delightful confections from The Cake Bake Shop, sweet treats Small Batch Candy Co., and curated charcuterie offerings from Charcuterie Cones & Cups. Vivilo Vintage Pour provided prosecco as the perfect summer refreshment.

Guests entered to win a luxe giveaway including gifts from our party’s featured vendors and a facial provided by Westwood Preferred Partner Face Foundrie.

Throughout the evening, The Simple DJ kept the energy high while live artist Laney Designs captured the celebration in real time with a one-of-a-kind live guest painting. Glam Share allowed to snap photos in front of a beautiful lace backdrop designed by BetterBorrowed for another fun way to remember the night!

Fashion was celebrated an equal measure, with Sophia’s Bridal and Tux showcasing stunning gowns and The Tailored Society providing timeless menswear inspiration. To complete the experience, a beautifully restored Rolls Royce getaway car from 56 Classic Limo parked in front of the estate.

Behind the scenes, every unforgettable moment was documented by an incredibly talented creative team. Arielle Peters Photography captured the beauty of the evening through timeless imagery, Reflect Films brought the event to life on film, and Tay Mass Media documented the celebration through engaging behind-the-scenes content.
