Here’s a breakdown of what you can expect when choosing your beverage service with us.

Two main bar options
When planning your bar, you’ll first decide between two general approaches:
On Consumption Bar (Limited or Open) – Guests’ drinks are tallied as they’re ordered. You’re billed at the end of the night based on actual consumption.
Per Person Open Bar – A flat, per-head price for unlimited drinks throughout the event.
From there, you can choose from a variety of packages within each option to best fit your priorities.

Per person open bar
Prefer a set price and no surprises at the end of the night? The per-person option might be your best fit. You’ll choose from one of five curated packages (no substitutions), each offering a different level of variety and service.
This structure allows you to plan ahead, knowing your bar total is guaranteed.
On consumption bar options
If you love flexibility, this route may be for you! Drinks are charged as they’re ordered, and you can host all or just part of the offerings.
Fully Open on Consumption
Guests enjoy access to everything behind the bar, and each drink is rung in individually.
Limited Open on Consumption (Most Popular)
Work with our events team to curate a hosted selection. For example, you might host beer, wine, and two specialty cocktails—or host Coca-Cola products, coffee, beer, wine, and spirits. Any drinks outside of your hosted list are available for guests to purchase on their own via a cash bar.
Cash Bar
Guests purchase their own drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic). The couple is responsible for meeting our bar minimums, covering the difference if needed.

Fast facts couples should know
An automatic 20% gratuity is included on all hosted bar items (with or without tip jars).
Every bar package includes bar staff, glassware/plastic/napkins, bar setup, and cleanup.
Westwood offers signature cocktails and mocktails to elevate your bar experience.
All bar service must be provided by Westwood under Indiana ABC laws.
Per person pricing is locked in once your agreement is signed but until then, pricing is subject to change based on distributors.
